Who we are

Pickleball Summer Camp (pickleballsummercamp.com) is operated privately in the United States. Contact: [email protected].

What we collect

• The details you type into a request form — your name, email, and anything you choose to add (such as a phone number or the program/facility you're asking about). We use these to connect you with the provider you asked about, to follow up about your request, and to send news and offers about Pickleball Summer Camp and other Teddy Dupay Basketball Academy (TDBA) programs and products.
• If you list a program/facility, the business details you submit for your listing.
• Basic traffic data. Our host (Cloudflare) provides aggregate, non-identifying statistics (visits, pages, countries). Every page also loads Google Analytics and a Meta (Facebook) advertising pixel, which we use to measure our own advertising.

How your information is stored and used

• What you submit is stored in a private database on Cloudflare's infrastructure, accessible only to the site operator.
• We never sell your data.
• We may email you news and offers about Pickleball Summer Camp and other Teddy Dupay Basketball Academy (TDBA) programs and products.
• We may match an email address, in scrambled (hashed) form, with advertising services such as Facebook and Google to show our ads.

Business transfers

If this website or its assets are acquired by, merged with, or sold to another owner, your information may be transferred to that new owner as part of the transaction. Any new owner will remain bound by the commitments in this policy.

Unsubscribe / deletion

Every email has an unsubscribe link. You can also reply "unsubscribe" to any email, or write [email protected] from that address. Once you unsubscribe, we stop emailing you; we keep your address on file, marked do-not-send.

Children

Our forms are intended for adults (parents, guardians, caregivers and coaches). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child submitted information, write [email protected] and we will delete it promptly.

Changes

If this policy changes, the effective date above changes with it.
